What does it mean to be an Orr Fellow?
Orr Fellowship places its Fellows in two-year, full-time salaried positions at dynamic, high-growth Indianapolis-based companies. Orr Fellows work in a variety of jobs, including Marketing, Engineering, Consulting, Sales, Data Analytics, Coding, and many more. Fellows are matched with industries of all types and partner with companies from small start-ups to enterprise-level global organizations. In addition to full-time employment, Orr Fellows develop new skills and participate in a unique curriculum designed to challenge, develop and propel them toward a career of excellence. Outside of their 9 to 5 jobs, Orr Fellows participate in different forms of development training, such as personal finance workshops, speaker series, non-profit consulting projects, and pitch competitions. In addition, Fellows benefit from being part of a community of 130+ peers and have access to a robust network of Alumni who have participated in and completed the program.
