As an Orr Fellow at dormakaba, an access control and security solutions company, I am part of a rotational program in operations and finance. I am currently working as an Assembly Supervisor focused on industry KPIs and lean manufacturing. Outside of work I enjoy staying active golfing and playing pickleball. I like to decompress by listening to rock oldies and playing guitar.

At The Heritage Group, a nearly 100 year old family-owned company focused on building a safer and more sustainable world, I have the opportunity to customize my rotational program with their 40+ operating companies. I currently work as a Strategic Projects and Operations Associate for the Heritage Research Group where I am involved in project management, data analysis, and data strategy. Outside of work and the Fellowship I enjoy spending time with friends and family, engaging in and supporting the Indy community, as well as educating myself with various books and current events.

I work as an Orr Fellow at sister companies, OnBoard and eScribe, which focus on providing software management solutions for Board of Directors. I hold a rotational role that allows me to work in multiple departments like Marketing and Customer Success. I have had the opportunity to work on projects that heavily revolve around data migration. In the Indy area, you can find me exploring one of the many coffeeshops or spending time with a good book.

As a Solution Architect on the delivery team at Stitch, I have the opportunity to help design and build innovative marketing-technology solutions that address client challenges head-on. My day-to-day may consist of discovery calls, design reviews, implementation and helping world-class brands get the most out of their marketing tech stacks with Braze. Some of my hobbies include playing guitar, photography, and hiking. In my free time, I also enjoy playing video games and watching movies!

As an Orr Fellow at Robert Dietrick Company, an Industrial Solutions Supplier, I work as a Systems Specialist on the Innovation team. In my role, I work primarily within our Salesforce systems, looking for new ways to improve business flows while also assisting with any technical issues my fellow co-workers may experience. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places in Indianapolis, keeping up with current events, and rooting for the Green Bay Packers.

I am a current Orr Fellow at OneCause, a fundraising software provider, where I work as a Marketing Coordinator. My role involves developing and executing written material, planning and writing social media content, and managing other marketing projects. In my leisure time, I enjoy outdoor walks at local parks, exploring new breakfast spots, and seeking opportunities to serve the Indianapolis community.

In conjunction with the Orr Fellowship, I serve as the HR & Talent Specialist at Model 1 Commercial Vehicles. Through this role, I focus on employee engagement, development programs, and daily HR functions. Off-duty, I enjoy a quality coffee and exploring nature through hiking, especially with good company by my side.
