Orr Fellowship is a two-year endeavor. As members, Fellows are expected to do great work at their jobs, to recruit the next class of Fellows, to contribute to the Fellowship’s programming, and to represent Orr well out in the community.

Fellows benefit from and contribute to incredible peer, alumni, and tech ecosystem networks. Diversity and inclusion are crucial elements of Orr ‘s success and every level of the organization will continue to be dedicated to listening, learning, and taking action. Fellows also continually give back to Indianapolis via civic and philanthropic engagements.

Continued Learning

Fellows attend skill-sharpening workshops and have opportunities to meet CEOs and other influential tech community executives. Fellow teams collaborate with local nonprofits and participate in annual pitch and case competitions. Orr also offers professional career counseling and small stipends to Fellows to promote individualized learning.
