A recent WISH-TV article, “Want to make an impact on Indianapolis? Apply for the Orr Fellowship 2026,” spotlighted the Orr Fellowship as it opens applications for its newest cohort. Xavier Ramirez, director of recruitment, emphasized the program’s reach, noting that “the Orr Fellowship has worked with over 270 different partner companies since 2001 here in Indianapolis.”
Catherine Mazanek, senior director of engagement, said the fellowship offers more than professional opportunities by fostering a strong community. “We provide you a community of 120 people who are here to support you, to lift you up and to help you achieve your professional dreams,” she said.
The four-stage application process includes submitting a resume, interviews with the executive team, networking events with current fellows and partner companies, and a finalist day. The fellowship seeks graduating seniors with a GPA of 3.2 or higher who are eager to step into leadership roles and make an impact in Indianapolis.
Applications are now open for the 2026 cohort.
