Orr Fellowship Appoints Two New Board Members

Premier Indiana post-undergraduate program welcomes James “Jim” C. Ryan III of Old National Bancorp and Megan Jarvis of Seismic to its board of directors.

INDIANAPOLIS (Feb. 25, 2025) Orr Fellowship, an early career development program for  versatile high-achievers and future-focused businesses in Indianapolis and Evansville, Indiana, announced today that James “Jim” C. Ryan III, Chairman and CEO of Old National Bancorp, and Megan Jarvis, Vice President of Talent Development at Seismic, have joined the organization’s board of directors.

Orr Fellowship recruits, assesses and matches university graduates with high-agency roles in growing Indiana businesses. Together, Orr Fellowship and partner companies give graduates the professional development resources and support network they need to accelerate their careers.

Jim Ryan joined the Old National Bancorp team in 2005, assuming his current role in 2019. Since joining Old National, he has held several executive leadership positions, including Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2016 to 2019. His previous roles at the company also include Director of Corporate Development and Mortgage Banking, Integration Executive and Treasurer. Before joining Old National, Ryan held senior finance positions at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Old Kent Financial Corp.

“Orr Fellowship is incredibly blessed and excited to have Jim Ryan bring his many valuable perspectives to the Orr Fellowship board,” said Steven Emch, President of Orr Fellowship. “With Old National Bank’s headquarters in Evansville, he is a representative of our commitment to that region and our new chapter. Jim thoroughly understands the financial services sector and its unique needs for early career talent. And most importantly, he brings the perspective of a parent who watched Orr Fellowship impact his daughter, Emma, while she worked through the program.”

Megan Jarvis has been in her current role with Seismic for more than three years. A global leader in enablement, Seismic helps organizations engage customers, enable teams and ignite revenue growth. Jarvis spent the previous five years with Lessonly as Director of Talent and, later, Vice President of Talent. She has also served in Human Resources and People roles for Apparatus Infrastructure Services, a Virtusa company, and Emmis Communications.

“Orr Fellowship is beyond lucky to have Megan joining the Orr Fellowship board of directors,” said Emch. “She’s hired, managed and worked alongside Fellows throughout her career and knows firsthand the impact they can have on a workplace. Not only that, but in her role as Vice President of Talent Development, she will be an integral part of helping Orr focus on the unique opportunities our program has to jumpstart Fellows’ careers and professional development.”
