Orr Fellowship’s 2023 cohort has completed their two-year journey and we are proud to celebrate 53 graduating Fellows who have grown as professionals and future leaders while making an impact at Indiana companies.
Selected from a competitive pool of applicants, these recent graduates came from a variety of academic backgrounds, leadership experiences and hometowns. They shared a common goal: to develop as early-career professionals, expand their skills and contribute to the future of Indiana business and entrepreneurship.
