A recent WISH-TV feature highlighted the inspiring journey of Orr Fellow alumna Sarah Michaels, the first nursing student accepted into Orr Fellowship. Through the program, Sarah gained exposure to community leadership, volunteerism and entrepreneurship — experiences that helped shape her passion for serving vulnerable youth in Indiana.

Sarah shared how Orr Fellowship’s focus on community engagement and servant leadership helped inspire her lifelong commitment to making a difference.
