As an Orr Fellow with Bridge Builder Strategies, a consulting company for nonprofits and governments, I have the ability to network with nonprofit organizations head-on. I coordinate and move consulting and data leveraging projects forward to ensure our clients can deliver maximum impact. I love the public sector and the ability to develop the Indianapolis community into a place all can enjoy.

I work at Koch Air as an HR Coordinator, supporting the company’s people-focused strategies and daily operations. I focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and workplace safety to create a positive experience for both new hires and current employees. In my free time, I enjoy staying active, cooking, and spending time with loved ones in the Evansville community I call home!

I am an Orr Fellow at Remodel Health Group where I work on the customer success team. I am the first Orr fellow to work in the customer success department although I am Orr fellow #5 for Remodel Health. Outside of work I love being outside playing golf, pickleball, and tennis. You can also find me going on random adventures with friends around Indy.

As an Orr Fellow, I am serving as a Systems Implementation Specialist at Steele, a benefits technology, administration, enrollment, and engagement company. Within this role, I will have my hand in both the customer success and technology teams. In my free time, I enjoy watching sports and playing video games.

As an Orr Fellow in the Marketing Department at Model 1 Commercial Vehicles, I serve as the Marketing Communications Specialist, where I lead the planning and execution of both internal and external communications. From developing messaging strategies to managing brand consistency across channels, I focus on making sure our communications are clear, engaging, and aligned with company goals. I’ve called Indy home since first grade, and I’m on an ongoing mission to map the city one running route and pistachio latte at a time.

I’m Tejasvi Bhagwatkar, and I work with Liberty Fund as a junior IT project manager. I’m responsible for maintaining and updating the organization’s websites, as well as supporting the development of new technology solutions. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring creative hobbies and love how Indy offers endless opportunities for classes, crafts, and discovery.

I’m an Orr Fellow at Covideo, where I’m in my first-year rotation. It’s been a great opportunity to learn about all the different sides of the business. Right now, I’m on the Customer Success team helping with support, and soon I’ll rotate over to Sales and Marketing for three months each. Outside of work, I’m big on sports—I love playing basketball, baseball, soccer, and football. I’m also really into working out and training in MMA. And most importantly, I’m a die-hard Purdue basketball and football fan!

As an Orr Fellow working through The Heritage Group, I’m on my first rotation with the Business Administration team at Envita Solutions. I observe and practice the work of the Account Administrators and am contributing to the development of a recognition program aimed at boosting employee morale and positivity in the workplace. Outside of work, I love to travel and enjoy exploring Indy’s diverse and growing restaurant scene.

I am an Orr Fellow at TPMA, a business consulting firm focused on workforce, education, and economic development. In my role, I support data-driven solutions that help communities across the United States thrive. Outside of work, I love to read, travel, and hike. I enjoy finding opportunities to try something new or engaging with new perspectives.

I’m Destiny, and I work as a communications specialist at Kiwanis International, a global nonprofit. My position requires crafting compelling content – from social media to blogs – that uplifts and amplifies the mission and programs Kiwanis stands for. When I am not rolling around my cube, you can find me headfirst in a book, taking a walk on a new trail, or exploring different food spots with friends around Indy!

As an Orr Fellow at Radiological Care Services, an X-ray garment solutions company, I coordinate supply chain operations. I supervise truck drivers and freight logistics and am among the first fellows to serve here. This unique opportunity allows me to contribute meaningfully to the team. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, spending time in the Indianapolis community, and hanging out with my dog, Pip.

As a Client Experience Analyst at Resultant, a data and technology consulting firm, I help manage the client survey program. With the CX team, I identify trends in client feedback and compile reports that communicate actionable insights and areas for improvement to internal stakeholders. In my free time, you can find me testing Indy’s walkability, splitting an appetizer at a local restaurant, or perusing an airport gift shop.

I am an Orr Fellow at Koch Enterprises Inc., a diversified holding company, where I work in a process engineering role. I am currently in a rotational program where I gain a variety of experience across multiple divisions within the company while focusing on engineering, manufacturing, and process improvement. In my free time, I enjoy hunting, reading, golfing, and volunteering in my community.

As the first Orr Fellow at InPwr, a design-build electrical company, I have the opportunity to customize my rotational program. I will be gaining experience on the Learning and Engagement, Human Resource, and Marketing teams. In my free time I enjoy going to concerts, playing golf, and exploring Indy!

I am currently an Orr Fellow at The Heritage Group, a fourth-generation family-owned company with a diverse portfolio spanning construction, environmental services, and specialty chemicals. I work with Envita Solutions, a total waste management company focused on sustainability, where I support program improvement initiatives and developing clear, comprehensive program information to enhance the client experience. Outside of work, I love hiking, playing pickleball, exploring new restaurants, and enjoying time with friends in Indy

As a Marketing Coordinator at The MJ Companies and an Orr Fellow, Emily Eshbach leverages her passion for storytelling and strategy to craft communication plans that connect, inspire, and engage. From crafting dynamic social media campaigns to driving alignment through clear and effective messaging, she builds meaningful connections that enhance engagement and strengthen organizational culture. As a graduate from the Lilly School of Philanthropy and the Kelley School of Business, she is passionate about investing in youth and her greater community. In her free time, she loves exploring new coffee shops or boutiques and walking her English Creme Golden Retriever, Emma!

I’m a Territory Representative at the Robert Dietrick Company, I help connect businesses with the industrial safety equipment they need to keep their teams protected. I manage sales across the region, build relationships with local partners, and make sure our solutions match the real-world needs of the job site. I love catching live music, exploring the riverfront, and finding new local food spots.
