In my role as a Client Success Manager at Sharpen, I work to both deliver quality implementations of our contact-center platform and maintain long-lasting, successful relationships with these clients. Even though I am new to the tech industry, I have greatly enjoyed this role as it has allowed me to balance my loves of problem-solving and communication! Because I am not originally from the Indianapolis area, my time outside of work has mostly consisted of exploring the downtown area, whether that be attending a weekly trivia outing with Fellows, finding cute reading nooks and cafes, obsessively cheering on my alma mater, and planning my next National Park trip in a quest to visit them all.Back to the Directory
