As a Manager of Strategy and Operations at Ascend, I lead marketing and recruitment strategies in order to connect undergraduate students to meaningful internships, part-time, and full-time job opportunities. I also contribute to product development and internal communication efforts. Ultimately, my role helps support Ascend’s work to ensure Indiana employers have the talent they need to succeed while providing a meaningful career path for every Indiana citizen. Outside of work, my hobbies include running and eating guacamole.
