As an Orr Fellow at Genesys, I get the opportunity to rotate throughout different departments to gain a better understanding of the company’s operations. These rotations include roles in Talent, Business Operations, Project Management, Business Consulting, and Sales Operations. Working at Genesys has given me exposure to projects on a global scale. Within Orr Fellowship, I lead a team to coordinate our Business Leader Speaker Series and also serve as a Recruitment School Lead. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time with friends. During the football season, you’ll find me on the weekends cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide as well as the Indianapolis Colts.
