As an Orr Fellow at FHLBank Indianapolis, I work as a Project Coordinator within our Project Management Office. Though the Bank has been around for awhile, my office has only been around about a year. It’s kind of like working at a start-up within a well-established company! Within my specific role, I focus on process development and improvement. I touch every project request that comes through our office and manage each one during the beginning stages of our Project Life Cycle. Outside of work, some of my favorite things are hosting dinner parties, hammocks, a well-delivered joke, the Indy food scene, lacrosse, and paninis.
