As an Orr Fellow at Indiana University Health, I currently project manage the Pediatric Hematology and Oncology service line at Riley Hospital for Children. This includes working with providers, nurses, and various business operations professionals and executives to implement new strategies in order to create an innovative and personalized experience for all patients. My time as an Orr Fellow will include three different eight-month rotations within IU Health, allowing me to learn about and better understand the breadth and depth of the company. When not at work, you can find me socializing with friends, cheering on the Hoosiers, playing with my dog Ellie, traveling to new places, hanging by the lake, or discovering new restaurants and local eateries.
