At High Alpha, I am based in the HR department. Previously, I spent rotations in Recruiting, Onboarding, and now am an HR Business Partner. I am a native Hoosier who left to go to Saint Louis University and chose to come back to vibrant Indy. Coming from a marketing background, I leverage my background to support start-ups in their business and people needs. My day-to-day varies, yet it usually involves working with leaders, running training sessions, and empowering others to succeed. In my free time, you can find me drinking one too many cups of coffee and learning to enjoy long-distance running.
