During my time in Orr Fellowship, I have worked in various aspects of Human Resources including Recruitment, Employee Branding, Onboarding, Diversity & Inclusion, and much more. I am passionate about creating a compelling candidate experience, collaboration, learning new platforms and technologies, and working cross-culturally. I love the unpredictability of my days, but they wouldn’t be complete without a good book, barre classes, and time with friends and family exploring the city of Indianapolis. I am continuously excited to meet individuals of different backgrounds and experiences through the network that is Orr Fellowship!
