My role as a Project Manager includes managing scope and project schedule tasks, allocating resources, maintaining budget, leading the project team in executing deliverables and reporting the status of the project to the Sponsor. As my identified projects must meet operational and revenue targeted goals, I many times act in the role of a Program Manager of multiple projects that meet the same objectives. Outside of my duties at work, you may find me skiing in Colorado, boating on a lake or attending an outdoor country concert. I enjoy reading classical 19th century English novels, am an active fitness promoter and an avid foodie. I am a huge supporter of local Indy events and restaurants!
