As a Talent Partner at Lev, I am involved in a variety of HR initiatives, including recruiting, employee satisfaction and engagement, and learning and development. I am a member of a five person team and every day I get to learn from experienced coworkers who encourage me to plug in and learn at every opportunity. What I love most about my role is that I have the ability to take action to experiment, recommend, and implement creative solutions to help our business better serve our employees and in turn our clients. When I’m not enjoying #LevLife, I can be found spending time with friends and family, hiking, reading, or hanging out with cats, either my own or at the animal shelter.
