As a Dispatch Coordinator, it is my priority to regulate all service activities within our territories and to ensure all customer needs are met in an efficient and timely manner. My goal is to maximize technician efficiency and productivity and to maintain territory profitability. Outside of the office, you can find me frequenting local coffee shops to try new iced coffees and make new contributions to my poem book, dancing the night away with friends at a venue of our choice, and exploring Indy to find exciting new places and make new friends.
