Starting at IBM, Mark has spent a career creating and building technology companies. Currently, he is CEO at Lumavate. He co-founded Baker Hill and Bluelock and has invested in over 50 early stage companies in Central Indiana. He was the lead independent director for Interactive Intelligence for 12 years and is currently on the board of KAR Auction Services. He was also on the board of T2 Systems, PAN Testing, Angel Learning, and Octiv.

Mark is active in the local community having served as Chairman of CICF, Teach for America, Techpoint, and Ascend Indiana.
