Kristine Camron is a partner in Ice Miller’s Business Group, focusing her practice on entrepreneurial legal issues, startup commercialization, private equity/venture capital financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.

Kristine is no stranger to the entrepreneurship community here in Indianapolis. In fact, most of her clients are entrepreneurs! She represents several private equity firms and angel funds, and has been involved in the formation and structuring of startup and early-stage companies in the Midwest in the technology, beverage, consumer product, and medical device industries.

Her drive and commitment to her work has led her to receive many accolades including ‘40 under 40’ in the Indianapolis Business Journal, Indiana Rising Star by Indiana Business Journal, and America’s Leading Lawyers for Business by Chambers USA.

In addition to serving on the Board for Orr Fellowship, Kristine currently serves on the Board of Directors of TechPoint, Indiana’s initiative for the state’s technology-based economy and growing entrepreneurship community.

Originally from Michigan, Kristine attended Michigan State University for her undergrad and then completed law school at the University of Michigan.
