Conner Burt is President and Co-Founder of Lessonly, software that helps teams learn, practice, and Do Better Work. He helped lead the company from inception to 275 employees, 1200 customers, and $30M in ARR, before a successful acquisition by Seismic in 2021. He’s continued at Seismic as part of their executive leadership, focusing on strategic Growth Initiatives.

Conner lives in Indianapolis, Indiana with his wife, Lena, and daughter Sloane. When not playing the role of entrepreneur or family man, you’ll find him mixing it up with a variety of outdoor pursuits alongside Rio, his eager pup.
