Jim Jay is President and CEO of Vinculum, a San Diego-based telecommunications technology firm and serves as Managing Partner of Chatham Ventures which focuses on investing in technology and technology enabled businesses.

Prior to Vinculum, Jim served as President and CEO of TechPoint, an Indianapolis-based organization representing Indiana’s technology community. Jim focused on four areas for TechPoint: workforce development, entrepreneurship, capital formation, and awareness building.

In addition to his work as Chairman of Orr Fellowship’s Board of Directors, Jim serves on the corporate boards of GoPath, Inc and  WDI, Inc. He is an advisory board member for the Butler University Business Consulting Group, Chairman of Leadership Indianapolis, Chairman of Young Life Latin America and a member of the finance team at Sheperd Community Center.  He is also an active member of College Park Church.

Jim has spent years serving as an advocate for the fast growing technology industry here in Indianapolis. He has been recognized as one of the Indianapolis Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, as Lawrence Township Schools’ Distinguished Alumnus, and as one of Indiana’s youngest Eagle Scouts.

Jim is Indianapolis born-and-bred; he graduated with honors from Butler University with degrees in political science and history.
