The Alumni Advisory Council (AAC) is dedicated to ensuring a lifetime of personal connections and career opportunities for Orr Fellows beyond the initial two-year membership. The AAC also seeks to build and sustain supportive relationships between the alumni population and active Fellows in the areas of community, mentoring, and continued learning.

Community with Alumni and Current Fellows
Social events are a fun way to stay engaged with Orr Fellowship in the Indianapolis area. Whether it’s an Alumni Happy Hour or the Annual Mark and Karen Hill Alumni Reception, there are plenty of opportunities to stay connected with both past and present Orr Fellows.
Mentoring the Next Generation of Orr Fellows
Orr Fellowship pairs current Fellows with alumni mentors on an annual basis. There is always a bit of magic to these pairings. Former and current Fellows get together in-person or virtually to engage in career development and peer learning initiatives. Orr alumni are eager to give back to the Fellowship in this way and current Fellows are eager to learn from them.
Continued Learning Opportunities
Education opportunities never stop as an Orr Fellowship alum. Lunch & Learn webinars, as well as occasional Business Leader Speaker Series events are offered.

Members of the AAC make a 3-year commitment to act as a conduit between Orr Fellowship and alumni peers. This 12-person council meets regularly throughout the year to organize and initiate opportunities. Reach out to any of the members to learn more!
