Orr Fellows are the next generation of business leaders and entrepreneurs. All were academically excellent campus leaders and have earned business, liberal arts, or STEM degrees.

Orr Fellowship's current network of 60 invited companies grows and evolves each year. These companies often do business with each other.
The Fellowship companies include creative, and high-growth companies of all sizes and industries including start-ups, scale-ups, and well-established firms.
Interested new companies communicate with the Executive Director throughout the year and may apply at any time. Invitations to become Orr host companies for the next class of Fellows are extended to CEOs each year in late Summer/early Fall.
