When you become an Orr Fellow, you’re not just entering the workforce: you’re entering a social circle. That is, we work hard, but we also play hard, and living in Indiana gives us plenty of opportunities to do so.

Festivals, sporting events, clubs, wineries, and parks are all at our fingertips, and we find time to enjoy them together. Not every college graduate starts his first salaried position with an instant network of 40+ friends. Then again, not every graduate is an Orr Fellow.
