As a Client Success Manager at Sharpen, I deliver quality implementations of our contact-center platform and maintain long-lasting, successful relationships with clients. Even though I was new to the tech industry at the start of the Fellowship, I have greatly enjoyed this role as it has allowed me to balance problem-solving and communication! My time outside of work has mostly consisted of exploring the downtown and Fountain Square neighborhoods with Fellows. Aside from that, you can likely find me hunting down the best coffee in Indianapolis, obsessively cheering on my alma mater, and planning my next trip to a National Park.Back to the Directory
