Mark Hill is Managing Partner of Collina Ventures, a private investment firm focusing on technology companies in central Indiana. In addition to his role with Collina, Mark serves on the boards of numerous companies, including Interactive Intelligence Group (NASDAQ:ININ), KAR Auction Services (NYSE:KAR), Bluelock, Octiv and Entrepreneurial Finance Lab.

Mark proved himself a successful business leader and entrepreneur as Co-Founder of Baker Hill (1983). Focusing on the banking industry, the company built software solutions focused on small business lending and served over 1000 banks worldwide. In 2005, the company was acquired by Experian (EXPN.L), a global information company. Mark was also an early investor and served on the boards of Pan Testing, which was acquired by Talx, and Angel Learning, which was acquired by Blackboard. Through Collina, Mark has invested in over 40 early stage companies in Central Indiana.

Beyond his role as a Board Member for Orr Fellowship, Mark civically has served Central Indiana in various capacities including active membership in CICP, CICF, United Way, and TechPoint. He was Chairman of the Board for Indianapolis’ Teach for America and is an adjunct professor at the Indiana University School of Informatics.

He started  his career at IBM after attending the University of Notre Dame for undergrad and received his MBA from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
